How long will it take for my pie to be ready?
Making good pie is a long process, I will need two days notice to prepare your order.

Can my pie be delivered to me?
Delivery is available in  Ra'anana for 15 ILS and Herzliya for 20 ILS.

Where and when can I pick up my pie?
Pick up from Lev Hapark Ra'anana is available Sunday to Friday. Pick up from Even Yehuda is available on Friday mornings.

How should I serve my apple pie?
Pop your pie into a preheated oven (170°) for about 10-15 minutes just to crisp up the the crust, the pie doesn't need to be piping hot just nice and warm so keep an eye on it.
*Very important**
Apple pie MUST be served with vanilla ice cream.
In case of a crisis in which you have no access to vanilla ice cream you may top the pie with whipped cream but eating it dry is sad and not recommended.

How should I store my apple pie?
Keep your pie in the box it came in at room temp for up to two days or in the refrigerator for up to five days. Once the pie has been sliced, cover just the edges with plastic wrap to maintain the moisture. Keep in mind, the pie is at its peak within the first 24 hours of being baked and the crust will gradually lose its crispiness with time.

Its best to reheat pie in an oven but if you really have no time or patience you may use a microwave just be sure to heat it in short intervals just until warm. Avoid overheating.
Eating the pie directly from the fridge is not recommended unless you prefer a hard cold lump of dough over the wonder that is warm, buttery flaky pie crust :)
